Open Day 20th January

We are having an OPEN DAY in the new shop at Alver Valley Garden Centre; PO13 8NZ (shop is outside to the left of the main entrance) From 10.30am

Come and have a browse, chat to the experts that will be visiting us that day; on cold press and freeze dried raw, and of course raw feeding.

Lots of information available on raw feeding if you want to transition or if you just need a chat.

Doggy customers can have their photo taken and go on our ‘customer wall’ , they will all be entered into a Dog of the Month draw to win a £10 gift voucher.

Pop in and see all the new products we now have in store.

Easter Break

Hi everyone & happy Easter

Just a quick note to let you know our hours over the Easter holiday.

We will be staying open for the foreseeable future but in need of a well earned rest for the Bank Holiday.

We will be closed Good Friday through to Easter Monday

Normal hours will resume on Tuesday 14th April so any orders required before then need to be in by 9am Thursday 9th April morning (tomorrow).

Thank you for your continued support & we will do all we can to keep the ‘hairy ones’ fed.

Covid19 update

To our wonderful customers old & new.

We are not NHS or Supermarket  workers; but during this coronavirus outbreak, we are considered an essential business and we are staying open to keep our gorgeous dogs fed, during this Covid19 crisis.
1. Please help us by spraying the OUTSIDE of the boxes with a DILUTED disinfectant where possible (we also do this to minimize the effect of the Covid19 virus)
2. Please pay Credit/Debit card or Bank Transfer if possible, to minimize handling cash.
3. Have patience,  we will complete your orders in the shortest possible time.

If it is online it will be in stock (may have occasional computer glitch) we are re-stocking as quickly as possible.

A massive thank you to Emma & Pete who are working tirelessly to keep things ticking over during these unusual times.

Give the excess every month to a different dog or animal charity – this roughly works out to £20 per month

Try to help with prize/raffle giving at dog shows or sponsored events by donating dog food vouchers.

Over £600 was raised for the Dogs trust by one of our customers doing a charity football match.

Bulmer’s have been operating for over 20 years and all of their meat products are sourced directly from British approved abattoirs & cutting plants, meeting the exacting DEFRA standards. Bulmer’s produce all pure meat products, lamb, beef, chicken, turkey, duck and tripe and some mixes all of the above. There are no other additions, just minced meat, offal and bone, giving you the freedom to add veg if required.

New Walk in Freezer

Palmerston Business Park

New Unit – New Freezer

I am happy to announce that we have now secured a unit in Fareham – It’s Unit 22, Palmerston Business Park,  PO14 1DJ – just off Newgate Lane and it has literally been filled with a huge walk in commercial Freezer, the size of a garage.

It’s been a while coming now and hopefully this means that we can keep our stock levels high enough that we shouldn’t run out of the more popular items.

We will still endeavour to deliver your orders the next day or of course, you can collect as normal but if you would prefer to collect from the unit in Fareham, you will need to let me know in advance as I cannot leave any orders outside if I’m not going to be there.

I would like to thank all of our lovely customers for your support in getting us to this stage and we remain fully committed to providing the best quality natural dog food at affordable prices.

If you would like to come and have a look round, please call me or go to the contact page but be warned, it’s very cold in the freezer, so bring a warm coat 🙂

DAF Products are on the Way

New Range of DAF Products

DAF ProductsWe are excited to announce that DAF products will be with us by Friday 27th April. They have a great range of products and we will be stocking some of the favourites to start with but we will be adding more of their range, so keep checking our website.

It is a great alternative for those that used Bulmers (still waiting to hear on that) and a great price too.

We have lots of exciting things happening within the next month and will be sending out a newsletter shortly; or you can check our blog.

August Newsletter

Welcome to our August newsletter and we have a few announcements to make…

Holiday

Please note I will be away from 25th August to 5th September.

Emma & Alyson will be taking over for me so things should run like clockwork – fingers crossed, (please be gentle with them) Smiling Dog

However, your ‘order received’ email will have their contact details on it to text to arrange delivery/collection or for any queries, alternatively you can email [email protected] and they will get back to you as soon as possible.

Some Pricing Updates…

Albion have increased their prices slightly, and although we sadly have to stay inline and increase ours a little we are still able to offer you this great product for less, so we will keep our ‘sale’ going for as long as possible.

Summer Special Giveaway (finishes 24th August)

As a little treat, we are giving away either 500g bag of lamb bones or a bag of chicken feet or a delicious doggy yoghurt with orders over £15 – nice surprise to see which ends up in your bag!
