Before submitting your order, please ensure that your name, address, contact details and delivery requirements are correct, as we cannot be responsible for any errors, which may result in the late delivery of your product. You can shop online 24/7 but please note, deliveries can only be made whilst stocks are available, and cannot be made on a Friday after midday, Saturday, Sunday or on a Bank Holiday.
We make our own deliveries to specified local areas. To find out what options are available for your area, please input your address details. Any deliveries requested for further distances e.g. outside our designated area, please visit our delivery options page, but please note, these orders must be paid for by credit/debit card or BAC’s – directly into our bank account.
Orders left with prior agreed instructions e.g.in porch or outside at the request of customer are at customers own risk and The Dogs Choice cannot be held responsible for loss, damage or stolen goods, a delivery note will be posted at time of local delivery, or a text from the courier will be sent for National delivery. Orders outside our local area, will not be processed without a mobile phone number or email address.
In the very rare case that your chosen product is not available we reserve the right to cancel your order and will offer you an alternative of equal value at our discretion, or a refund if you wish. If an order is received by 1.00 pm during Monday to Thursday, we will usually aim to deliver it within 24hrs. Orders received on a Friday, during a weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of a The Dogs Choice product, please notify us within 48 hours by Contacting Us quoting the batch number on the packet, and return the unopened packet for a full refund. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. Any costs incurred by you in returning the product are non-refundable.
