Orders for national delivery, made Monday to Thursday will be packed for delivery as follows
Order received on
Monday – shipped Tuesday – arrival destination Wednesday
Tuesday – shipped Wednesday – arrival destination Thursday
Wednesday – shipped Thursday – arrival destination Friday
Thursday – shipped Monday – arrival destination Tuesday
Fri/Sat/Sun/ – shipped Tuesday – arrival destination Wednesday
Orders made on Monday Bank holiday will be a day later.
We do not deliver Locally or Nationally over the weekend.
If you are not available to receive your delivery, ALL National deliveries will be left in a safe place or with a neighbour at your own risk. Please see our terms and conditions
Our products are frozen and packed in Polystyrene boxes which will keep it frozen for up to 36 hours, however all our products are delivered within 24hrs of collection from us. We take no responsibility for packages left longer than this.
If any parcel is late due to a fault with or by APC or lost or destroyed by APC, The Dogs Choice will not accept any liability and no refund will be issued – please be aware of this before you order.
The delivery charge will be dependent on the total weight of the order (Minimum order of 4kg for national delivery) , which will be shown at checkout. All our deliveries are tracked with the courier company and if you leave your mobile number, you will be updated by text when your order is going to be delivered and when it has been delivered. Please leave instructions in the Notes section of the order, as to where you would like the package to be left if you are not going to be in. Also if you don’t want next day delivery, please let us know what day is more suitable for you in the notes section.
