Large chunks of goat meat.

We buy our goats from a local abattoir and whole on the bone from a goat supplier. We then butcher them ourselves at our premises assuring top quality meat chunks and not Trim.

Goats are usually quite a lean meat but from time to time can be fatty if they are older goats
